Why did I only receive part of my order?

We may have attempted to reach out to you several times without a response. If we do not receive a response within 10 days we will be forced to refund you for your missing or out of stock item.

Is your website secured?

Our web store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties


Can I track my order?

Yes, with every order you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hrs to receive a second email with your tracking information and ETA of your item(s).

When will my item be shipped?

We ship every Tuesday and Friday. Orders must be in Monday or Thursday no later than 1pm (PST) to go out that Tuesday or Friday.

What are your shipping costs?

Each order varies based on distance and weight of the items. Certain items do require an Adult Signature that will be an extra fee, you can find this information in the description of each product.

We do also have items that need to be shipped separately to ensure no damages incur while shipping.

Can I expedite my shipping?

No, we do not offer expedited shipping at the moment.
