Refund policy

You are entitled to a Refund on your Order within 14 days, within reason.

The deadline for a refund on an order is 14 days from the date on which you received your order or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

    *Please include Order Number and Full Name on Order.

If your refund is approved, we will reimburse you no later than 4 business days from the day on which we receive the returned items. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order. We cannot refund the payment to a different Debit/Credit or Bank / PayPal Account.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods were not used or damaged (No hair, or any residue on items)
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase


The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Opened / Used Items.
  • Defective due to customer wear and tear.



We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.



Returning Items

If you ordered the wrong item or size and this is not our error, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items back to us. You should send the items to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Items that are damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We highly recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We ONLY replace Goods you received defective, damaged, or received the wrong item due to our mistake.
